We in particular recommend considering CrankTank Frame Adapters for carbon fiber frames.

The CrankTank Frame Adapters mount directly to the bottle cage threads and are designed to ensure compatibility with a variety of frames and thread positions. Frame adapters come in pairs. One for the down tube and one for the seat tube.
