Dispatch of orders:

As a small business, we are doing our best to get your orders shipped within 2-5 business days.

Out of office procedure:

At times, we will be on our own adventures exploring the world. In such case, we will post dates of absence on our website/Instagram and kindly ask our customers to put in their orders before we hit the road to ensure timely delivery. Customers will still be able to put in orders while we are out of the office. However, with minimal staff, it is unlikely the product will ship until the date of our return, stated on our website/Instagram.

International orders:

While we are based in the US, we do ship internationally. Shipping time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. In the event import duties, taxes or other fees occur, it is the responsibility of the customer to settle those costs. Every country has their own import regulations and you may check with the customs office of the country you reside in for more information.

Shipping Carrier:

We reserve the right to ship with a different carrier than selected at checkout in order reduce shipping time and guarantee faster delivery.
